hint - when the toastie is finished, place on a wire rack so it stays crispy on the bottom instead of trapping the steam and going a bit damp

I cook my toasties in an electric frypan but I put the lid on. This helps everything warm and the cheese to melt. Like a little oven.

Potatoes and butter together contain all you need to meet your dietary needs, apparently. You'd have to leave the skin on the spuds as just underneath that is where all the nutrients are in a spud. I reckon that's going to burn twice, Greggo!
