I wonder if Gregg represents the typical aussie. Everything is very simple and just tasty. It's not a culinary masterpiece or anything fancy. But it hits the spot.

After watching your cheesy onion dog video at 11pm, I straight away got out a roll, buttered it and put whole grain mustard, got out the cheese Krasnky I bought yesterday, fried up one butterflied with 1/4 red onion and 3 small-medium mushrooms.. fried it all up, slapped it into the bread with a slice of cheese and some mixed salad, slapped it in the sandwich press, melted that cheese and browned that bread.. yummm just eating the last bites now.. the Roskos brand Krasnky from coles are very good. Gonna try that American style cheese from coles though. The thing I do like is Gouda for melting. It’s so nutty.

I never cease to be amazed at how its clearly apparent that Bernice has improved the standard of these videos and yet not changed that quintessential Aussie "Greggos" flavour to them. You two are a great team. Keep it up!!! P.S. I'm not saying that they were bad before she came along, Greg... but... she really has added some "polish".

Hey Greg. I was going to make a joking comment asking if you could make something ridiculously complicated like a galantine with bearnaise sauce and balsamic vinegar reduction but then that led me to a link of the toughest dishes to make. It would be cool seeing you do those as well. A few examples are beef wellington, consomme, turducken, souffle, chile en nogada, and baked alaska. See what tickles your fancy... and no, fancy is not a euphemism for privates.
