Yes, Big Mac's used to be a bit bigger in the 90's, I swear it. It could be the nostalgia factor though. I remember being allowed to have a Big Mac as a teenager, instead of a regular cheeseburger as a child. It was a lot more filling, though I was also told that I probably couldn't finish a BK Whopper. (Which I could) I also need to comment on how they seem to be making them upside down, probably to save time. The sauce and lettuce should be adhered to the top crown and top middle bun, with cheese, pickles and onions on top of the meat patties, IMO.

I doubt any have been working there for 20 years in the kitchen. I'm going of experience, when the buns were the same size as a quarter pounder and such... and why does everyone else here think the same thing too? And the meat patties were definitely thicker, not the same as a cheeseburger but not quite the size of the quarter pounder, more of an in between.

Burger King in Australia is Hungry Jacks (due to a copyright issue) and tastes much the same as BK in UK (last tried in UK 2003 though so might have changed)… better than Maccas (McDonalds to non-Aussies) but they ARE "flame grilled". You can smell a HJ's for miles!
