Today we begin our Farming and Agricultural Empire. We first start by investing in some more power generation and prepare an area in the void to farm in. We also build an OpenComputers Robot to auto farm IC2 Crops as well as going over the importance of all of the various stats within the crops mod.

Looking back at your first episode of this series you can really see how much you have grown as a creator. Make sure not to burn yourself out being a KZbinr is basically like being on a treadmill that keeps going up in speed. TLDR: improving and manage work load Love the work keep it up

the reason why i watch is not just "oh the hard modpack hehe", but also small decisions, the base design, setups... and bloopers and mistakes :D cool to see how exactly you reached all that, so i'd say keep it as it is, if you're comfortable with that. if you think you might go faster with the information delivery, give it a try

I have finally caught up. (Binged all season 2 episodes in 3 days) After watching season 1 (back when they released) or should i say.. after i fell off season 1 a fair ways before you moved to the void dimension.. full transparency, i never continued season 1. BUT KUDOS TO YOU THREE! If its a movie or a tv show, the majority always says that “the first was the best” but you have proven thats not the case, at least not for this series! Season 2 is exponentially better in any and all ways imaginable. Be proud and stand firm! This creation of yours! Even if it takes you 10 years to do so. Ill still be here watching. I only pray that you’ll reach the Stargate, even if it wont be in this world. Or with this base. Still.. the Greg must live on! Its not a grind, for its a Greg.

I *think* the open blocks sprinkler can be used with IC2 crops for extra growth ticks. I’ve certainly had farms setup with sprinklers before (with no robot), but I didn’t test rigorously.

Salty root is a lot less useful than it was, got nerfed, the bee is way better A few crops can be less than 24 growth and still give weeds, but only a few can Fertilized farmland gives no bonus to ic2 crops White metal can also be mixed and smelted in a furnace, No ABS needed

PLEASE PIN THIS! The setup in the video is OUTDATED. The link to the GTNH wiki is the same, but the whole code has been revamped! The layout is now different and some of the commands are different! However, it should all be a lot more flexible, configurable, and well-documented!

Void metal is super easy with moon dirts - or if you did IC2 Magic Metal Berries, you'll have so much you'll start voiding it. Also, Steeleaf soft mallets are best, not ironwood. XD

Could you put conveyors pulling from one chest to another so they're all filling the Iron chest while you're doing crops? Or maybe a Conduit, dunno if having the chest constantly full is gonna be a problem or not.
