How do you confirm if herald of ice/thunder is doing what you said in video? i just added them and im not seeing any changes to numbers in the extended tooltip of any grenade? edit: prety sure its patched :D

Whats your thought on cloak of flame? Maby with sorcery ward and 40% phys to fire dmg will be a good combo

yeah like the other comment said, it's tough because you will lose a lot of ward without a chest on. that being said theres maybe a point where its still worth it, something i want to try soon possibly

How long do you think you will be using the unique boots? I am using it atm and I am still in campaign. I am wondering if the explosions are in any way weaker than using explosive grenade/shot? I mean if they are the same, then what's the point of detonators, shouldn't everyone be using them since they auto detonate as long as you are close to the mob? I mean for bosses EG/ES might be better so that you can shoot from far, but dps wise, is using the boots and manually using EG the same?

The problem is explosive grenade/shot seem to be bugged. if you stack multiple shots of gas and the detonate all at once, you only do the damage of 1 set of gas and the rest do 0. So you would have to detonate after every individual gas shot instead of being able to spam, and that also costs a ton of DPS. If you want to manually detonate, the play is using flamewall to ignite enemies

@@Dsfarblarwaggle Yea, I saw your earlier video describing that bug but haven't heard from anyone else about it and everyone seems to be using EG to detonate. Has GGG responded or acknowledged about it? How did you find out about the bug, just visual cues that the boss is not taking the same amount of damage if detonated with EG? So, are you planning to go back to EG denotation once the bug gets fixed? That is my question what is the benefit of using EG to detonate even if there was no bug? Isn't the boots overall better for everything (other than losing stats on the boots and movement speed)?
