Anyone who says Josh doesn't have stage presence is a liar. He's got the moves, the confidence, the voice. He's incredible.
@kindking80093 жыл бұрын
I wish he still moved like this. Spontaneous and fun. Now he's so stiff on stage he looks like a robot in funny clothes. But he sings so much better now. Is that the tradeoff?
@BuckyBarnesAndNoble3 жыл бұрын
@@kindking8009 It's probably due to the fact that they're not playing in front of a live audience because he wasn't like that during the live concerts
@kindking80093 жыл бұрын
I've saw them live 4x in a year. The first 2 I saw he was still doing little dance moves and having fun, but by the last one his whole demeanor had changed. Much more formal in his speech between songs and moved completely different. Bigger moves, all over the stage, but more stiff and half the time looked like he was conducting an orchestra. Love him any way he is, but the change has been interesting to watch.

i can't put my finger on what it is, but their unassuming attitude and natural authenticity goes a very long way in their appeal. They aren't acting like rock stars, while they are ALL superb musicians in this genre. They are simply excellent and refreshing. After years (or is it decades?) of pretension, it's nice that a band emerges with talent and savvy as well as humility.

Completely agree. These kids are brilliant. The stuff they were writing at 15 and 16 was impressive enough. They'll only get better with age. They have the whole package. Great music, great lyrics, great musicianship, and that voice... Of course, I hear the resemblance between his voice and Plant's, but I also hear the differences. In fact, I sometimes think he sounds like Geddy Lee. He's just got that powerful falsetto. Their music is not Zeppelin's music at all, though, I don't think.
