To be honest, nobody would know. They are more secretive than the alpha legion. It would fit much better for the gray knights than for the Custodes. Since they need incredibly powerfull psykers to fill their ranks there would even be a good reason for the emperor to create the geneseed to work for both genders. Other chapters can select a few outstanding individuals from hundreds of billions of citizens. Finding somewone who fits the gray knight criteria must be an absolute knightmare.
