Hayes fills the gap Alex left. I know many people wanted Mer and Alex to be a thing, so Hayes is the realization of that dream. I adore Meredith and DeLuca together because of how much he respects her, in many ways much more than Derek, how he admires and puts her needs in front of his (which is something that a true man does for the person he loves). I would hate to see a mental illness used as a break-up point for these two. They are a great couple.

DeLuca needs to get his bipolar in control and then find himself as a person and as a man before he's ready to be in a deep relationship. Meredith needs a man who is her equal. DeLuca is a brilliant and kind person, but he's not a good match for Mer.

Let's not forget that richard wasn't ttly innocent with catherine. he lied to her about hanging out with and kissing that one chick. They were both hella annoying this season. Deluca's storyline was deep and emotional in all the right places. Not an Owen fan but the voicemail thing played out in the most dramatic way that I almost felt bad for him. The amelia and bailey moment was awesome.

Hum I am not blaming anything on Tom. From his perspective he was with Teddy first (in a official relationship) when Owen arrives then steal Teddy from him. Then he always was honest that he will be there for her when she will come back to him. I am not blaming him. I feel horrible for Owen, I actually dislike him but this episode made me feel so hurt for him, he did not deserve that NO one deserve that and specifically the way he find out is horrible! Teddy is the one to blame here. She don't know who she want and instead of pausing herself and question herself about what does she want- she just play with owen and with Tom, knowing both men are in love of her. She is playing with them. She need to face her own shit.

Tom only pulled back on what he said last episode because the wedding was pushed up, he cares about her and knows or thinks Teddy loves him so he doesnt want her to ruin her life and marry owen just because she feels obligated to, this is why he tried to make the story up of him saving a person from suicide (even though it wasnt) he wanted to make the comparison that he was trying to save her life. So that's why he was saying run off with me. He's not playing games, he's not even thinking about owen. He has told Terry many times "I'll marry you right now" also it's called bro code because it's your "brother" it's not called stranger code lol

This whole love triangle thing reminds me of Meredith-Derek-Addison. Tom is just here saying "pick me, choose me, love me" lol Also I don't like what they did with Teddy's character. How did she go from being this badass head of cardio surgeon teaching Christina to where she is now? She came from Germany pregnant with Owen's baby? fine. her and Owen have a go at having a relationship? fine, but it should have ended afterward...i honestly preferred her with Tom and stuck to that. they have more chemistry together anyways. now Owen better stay single for a long time. I always liked him better with Christina

I think it's time to write Owen out of the series. Let him go off to be with Cristina in Europe. At this point, the character gets dumped again and again and again. He plays no real role in the fabric of the show. Teddy needs some major psychotherapy to resolve her guilt over her gf's death. She's not fit to be with anyone.

Don't worry benny, I am just as passionate about our man Deluca. He and mer belong together and I was scared too while he was in the operating room. I felt like he might suddenly go manic!

Richard had an expected response to. Catherine when his mental capacity returned. He felt rejected by his firing and her purchase of the other hospital. He truly loves her-when he was at the height of the cobalt poisoning, he hallucinated a reunion with Catherine while at the conference in L.A.. I hope they get back together. Mer and DeLuca do not work as a romantic couple-he is too young for her, albeit smart and passionate. Love how she has a great platonic love for him. She has a chance for a great love with Hayes. Teddy’s character has changed completely from the woman pining after Owen through TWO of his marriages to cheating on him with Tom and stealing her best friend’s girlfriend 19 years ago. Ugh. Glad Owen got to save face with the private reveal of her affair. Teddy deserves to have been stood up. Tom is a jerk, no matter his tragic personal losses. I get the feeling that Tom is after Teddy to WIN, and will lose interest once she chooses him over Owen.

I think Teddy felt like marrying Own was going to make her feelings for Tom go away. Maybe she thought that her being with Owen was going to end the love triangle.

Tom did tell Teddy he wouldn't be with a married woman so that would take a lot of pressure off her if she knew Tom was actually off the table.

Yeah but y'all got to remember what she literally did to help this man built that hospital Meredith Grey all them doctors that saved his life including her son he trained and taught them to be a doctor that they are and because she was upset and it's her Eagle got in the way she literally took its Lily took some of that he built no worked his life for away from him because she felt like she could because she felt like she could just do stuff like that I don't blame him for being upset I don't I'm sorry I don't blame you don't get me wrong it's great that she want to be there but at the end of the day she really wasn't there for him all of a sudden you're there for him. It's something is wrong but you knew something was going on with him whenever you did what you did and she made it and she didn't help she didn't she just didn't help so

They had shot a lot more, but when they had to stop filming, they pieced together a reasonable conclusion to the season. This is it until filming can resume for next season.
