I think what makes there reactions after shooting was there reaction in the shooting. Meredith in the moment of disstres gets desperate and then after she liberated all she stays calm, Cristina in the other hand knows how to act in stressfull stuations but after that she drops verything down, i think that is one of the reasons of there figth

I think that's why they became twisted sisters in the first place. They are both good at handling a crisis, in different ways, and where one is weak, the other is strong. They complement each other... in the most dark and twisty of ways.

She loves Mer so much that she is also willing to risk for her own life. Cristina wanted to save Derek for Mer even before Mer knew that a gun is already pointed at Cristina. When Mer offered her life, Cristina was also conflicted whether he would save Derek or Mer. She would have offered her life for Mer as well cause she still kept going even when Owen was already shot. If she did not care for Mer, and she loved Owen more than Mer, I think she would have already stopped and rescued Owen instead. But she did not. It was her ultimate love for her person that she was also risking her life but she is never the person who really knows how to express her feelings until she has to leave for Zurich. Mer made her brave. Mer is not to blame.

No one is wrong honestly, mer is not to blame because its her husband dying there, christina wouldve done the same thing if its owen. And christina’s reaction to mer is also understandable although a bit delayed... but honestly mer is amazing she is amazing she went through miscarriage, seeing her husband getting shot, seeing shooter almost shoot him again while her bestfriend operate on him and still able to do surgery on owen and take home strays and take of both husband and besrfriend after..

Christina felt like if it wasn't Derek she wouldn't have put her life on the line for anybody in that shooting. She was mad at Meredith because shes her friend and killing her husband wasn't an option. Its all apart of the ptsd that Christina had. Everybody sees Christina as this strong, cold, focused potential surgeon but at the end of the day she was human.

meredith wanted them to keep on going even if gary clark was holding a gun up. she wanted her husbands life saved more than her best friend and everybody in that room. cristina would have walked away but meredith kept her moving while risking cristinas life.

Yeah, but Meredith did everything she could to save them, short of asking them to let her husband die. She made a case for him to shoot her instead. She tried really hard to direct the danger towards herself and away from the others.

i think Christina was wrong to shout a Mer and blame her. Mer went through just as much pain in the shooting maybe even more than Christina did but was taught to shove her feelings down just because she couldn't show her feelings Derek and Christina over looked her pain and just supported each other.

She is mad at Meredith and blames her because she is going to blame anyone who was involved in a situation that has placed her here. But she did it. She saved his life and nearly lost hers in the process. She can feel however she feels.

@@Mini-Toast_ I agree with you but I also believe that what she said is true. If it wasn’t Derek on that table, and it wasn’t Meredith begging her I believe she would have stopped. But because it was Meredith and Derek she couldn’t bring herself to walk away. Even though it’s not Meredith fault, she blames her because it was her and she couldn’t let her best friend husband die.

Yes it's PTSD she is blaming Mer but she is not blaming Derek or Avery, actually the fact that he slept with Jackson am still wondering, by the way Meredith was not fine at all she was just holding strong throught the trauma like Derek said in season 5 while proposing Mer is always calm in the storm you can count on her even when in crisis she stand still.

Do I think that yang is funny and a talented character on the show? Yeah. But she blames everyone else for her issues. Mer had the right reaction as a wife to her husband being on the table… She made fun of Lexie having her issues but yet she acts like she was the only one who went through it. I think she acts like she is the only one who can be the best and everyone should be jealous of her. But she is jealous of her best friend who has everything. Including being a good dr and she can’t have it all.

Basically if it hadn't been for Meredith and had it not been Derek on the table, the love she has for Mer, Christina would've walked away from that situation but and she wouldn't be in this bad mental state that she's in.

Jayce Scanlon no she meant she wouldn’t be here as in she wouldn’t be in the position/ condition she is now where she’s scared of literally everything and the fact she can’t do her job anymore when beforehand she defined herself as how talented she was at being a surgeon and now she can’t go anywhere near an operating room. she’s saying she would’ve walked away and then she would’ve been able to get back to “normal” after like everyone else did but because she couldn’t walk away she’s in a place where she doesn’t recognise herself anymore

I have ZERO sympathy for Cristina's dilemma 🙄. She insults people ALL the time and this is the pay off. Earlier in the season she insulted Lexie about her PTSD. Karma's a bitch 🙄
