🌸 the max speed of grey hound is 40-45mph A cheetah is 70-75mph Only thing on earth faster are birds such as greyheaded albatross at 79mph and falcon at 80mph etc Who the heck wrote that nonsense on title ? 75mph is bit of a reach for this dog, lovely beautiful stunning animals Scary fact your house cat without warm up can sprint at max 30mph, as long as it’s healthy enough You can do 15mph, fastest humans 27mph Bolt managed that. Imagine if our kitties were our size, omg 😳
@JerseyGroovyFilms Жыл бұрын
To clarify, the title accurately states the speed in kilometers per hour (km/h), not miles per hour (mph). The intention was to provide information in the metric system, Indeed, greyhounds are remarkable athletes, and their maximum speed is generally acknowledged to be around 40-45mph. Your comparisons to cheetahs and various birds emphasize the diverse capabilities of different species. It's fascinating to consider the speed potential of various animals, including our domestic feline friends. Your mention of the potential speed of house cats and the comparison to human and Olympic sprinter Usain Bolt's achievements add an interesting perspective to the conversation. Nature's wonders never cease to amaze us, and your insights contribute to a deeper appreciation of the animal kingdom. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and engaging in this discussion! 🌟

Where do the dogs go after the race?
@JerseyGroovyFilms2 жыл бұрын
After the end of their sports career, greyhounds are put up for adoption a lot of willing greyhound lovers waiting for these dogs in a long queue

Thanks! Some greyhound racing sells the dogs for meat.. glad these runners get a nice home :)

@@Pinkdragonz2 No racing greyhounds are sold for meat. That is a pure lie told by activists. Every retired racing greyhound is accounted for and gets adopted or goes home with their owner for a pet.

Dzień dobry l. Jestem z Polski. Gdzie mogę nabyć takiego pieska?
@JerseyGroovyFilms Жыл бұрын
W Polsce, musisz zapytać w Związku Kynologicznym, oni tam maja taką wiedzę, tutaj w Irlandii zajmuje się tym "The Irish Greyhound Owners and Breeders Federation" (THE IGOBF) - Federacja Właścicieli i Hodowców Chartów Irlandzkich.

I respect your concerns, but it's worth noting that many dog racing organizations have made significant improvements in animal welfare. They now prioritize the well-being of the dogs and have implemented strict regulations to ensure their safety.

Ah, yes, free animals! Because who needs a pet when you can just release your houseplant into the wild and hope it fends for itself in the concrete jungle?
I'm sorry, but your comment seems to be a bit confusing. If you could provide more context or clarify your message, I'd be happy to engage in a more meaningful conversation.
