What a fun surprise Robert! As a passionate mountain bike rider this is the video I liked very much 😁 yeah, Greyp is so ahead of the game in terms of technology when comparing to all other bike manufacturers, it is night and day. If I had enough money this is the bike I would buy right now. Rimac is doing incredible things, not only in the car world but now with ebikes too! I'm proud of my countryman 👌

So glad you did this review on the G6, but kicking myself that I`ve only now caught up with it. What an awesome bike, the features are truly amazing, I had no idea of the e-tech built into these machines. Personally I`d like one of these without the electric assist just to compare it with my own standard MB.....I`m sure it would hold it`s own against the very best, Thanks Robert.

Yet again you raise the bar in the cool man, cool stuff stakes. Such a bike! The technology is waay ahead of any car I have. In fact, you have so much cool Robert, that i'd say you're easily so much cooler than an Eskimo who lives in an igloo in the Arctic, who is eating an icecream, in the snow, while hunting on ice with a subzero wind in their face, with icicles hanging from his nostrils. E-MTBs are really cool , you don't have to worry about pedal sag you can have less gears , climbing is way easier and electric motors always sound cool. I like how this one can record 20sec before even if you forgot. So you don't miss out on any fun things. That heart rate matching thing is awesome too, get the perfect workout lol. It's not that expensive for a carbon fibre MTB, the one I want is about the same price and it doesn't have electric assist. Plus I'll need to change the derailleur , shifters and brakes on that one to Shimano just because it comes with SRAM and I don't like using the SRAM shifters and all of these need to be changed together. Maybe the brakes don't have to, that would be nice. Sadly these are not available in my country because some idiots on electric scooters modded theirs too much and were getting themselves killed so they made a law to restrict all electric scooters and bikes to 25km/h ( I don't see how we needed that law because people were getting themselves killed). Anything that comes faster stock can't be sold here. Used to be so much fun chasing a 60km/h e scooter on my bike and winning just because he's not as confident about slipping between people as I am. Now they're just easy to beat 7th gear is enough, I have 10 and I usually use 9th gear. Btw I can ride more than a 150km at once on a bike but I definitely cannot run a marathon. Half marathon yes, not a full one tried a half marathon once. Horrible experience, couldn't walk after.
@RobertMitchell4 жыл бұрын
Hehe thanks for the story!! Crazy how politicians need to save us from us:/)
@Rose_Butterfly984 жыл бұрын
@@RobertMitchell you wanna know the dumbest part of all of that? After they got restricted, the e scooter people got upset and asked why there weren't the same restrictions on bicycles. So now there's a speed limit and handlebar width limit of 700mm on bicycles unless they're on the road. Of course most of the actual cyclist just ignore all of it. Thanks for reading man, sorry if it was really long .

Awesome bike and I’m looking for one for similar reasons - but I got a question I been dying to ask and it’s not about bikes or cars or racing. How do you put music on some of your videos without the infamous problems all youtubers love to complain about? The other day you had a really well known track playing for ages (forget which) so do you do that for views & subs and then pass on the revenue to the rights holder or do you license it first. If the latter, why don’t more you tubers do that? That last one rhetorical! Also it wouldn’t let me ring the bell for notifications - when I clicked a link for details it was a page all about COPPA.
@RobertMitchell4 жыл бұрын
no idea why you'd get such a limitation on notifications.... is your account saying youre under 13 ? lol as for the music.. I don't give a shit about the monetisation so I put music in and we don't get any revenue for the advertisements. I figure in some cases I want the music and this song fit the video so why not :)

if the battery drains, does the bike still pedal smooth? do you pop the bike in "neutral" so it pedals like a regular MTB? lol
@iggywow4 жыл бұрын
It pedals normally when it's drained. It's hard to explain if you haven't been on an e-bike before. It's more like a motor assist, so you really notice when it kicks in. I use one one just to commute to town and back, in Norway they're capped at 16mph with the assist so the motor won't assist you beyond that speed. But it has crazy torque, so going uphill I basically keep one hand on the steering wheel and check my instagram on my phone while I zoom past the dentists on their 10k bikes.

Hi Robert, I like your videos a lot. Just to avoid you getting in legal trouble I recommend labelling your content as "advertising". I'm not quite sure what the laws state exactly, but I guess one can argue this channel (the car related stuff) provides a marketing value for your German based company. I know German influencer laws are quite strict. If you got this bike for free or even discounted, you have to add a "Anzeige" label to the video. At least to my understanding. There are always people, especially here in Germany, that like to make others pay for legal mistakes. So you might ask someone for advice on this matter, to be on the safe side. As this is a great channel with entertaining and knowledgeable content it would be a shame if someone takes advantage of you. Thanks for your effort!

I’d even argue haibike has created a better looking ebike. The SIM card is cool but I’m just not sure I’d use its features that often. If I were to get an ebike I’d go for the kenevo expert. Check out the app Strava or AllTrails. You can see how your time compares to others and all the local trails are pinned.

@@supertouring22 I don't want to have work for It to enjoy a lap around the track with friends midday of driving or after a 14 hour working day.. often I go around the track to check the cars out, with family or friends real quick and that's nice to do. a bike is a form of transportation that is easier than walking or running. it has gears to make movement easer than reality so where is the guy busting on the 32 speed mountain biker... dude if you had a fixed gear bike you'd really be working and then you could feel accomplished after climbing that hill... where does it stop? if I ride 25-30 km and it keeps me interested because I can go where I want and when I get done I have actually done a good workout then I see no issue with it. I never set the support to 100% and just cruise.. not interested in that. I use it as a tool to get better and maybe in a couple years ill have ditched the e portion
