I’ve watched this so many times since it was released and I still can’t believe how good he is. Phenomenal, well done Grayson.

That. Left. Hand. Not just that. The dynamics, the timing, the feel, the speed, the power, the passion, the execution, everything. Ive seen Neil Peart a dozen times. Ive seen Buddy Rich twice. Ive seen Vinnie Colaiuta, Alex Van Halen etc etc. This lad is a teenager and he's playing like this??? He is already a force to be reckoned with but, my word, when he's in his 20s, 30's..... I can't wait.

He’s gonna be one of the greatest drummers to ever live 💯just pure skill and the way he plays is great and powerful

Greyson went to school in the area I used to live in on Long Island. I taught him bells ( briefly). In high school he sat in with a septet that I played drums in. Someday when (or if) he ever slows down to teach this old man will be begging him for lessons. Incredible-all the accolades he has received are well deserved.

Been watching tons of drummers over the years, he's in the top tier I've had the chance to watch. The kind you never ever get bored to watch. Amazing 👏

Can't say I've ever been a fan of Jazz, but wow! that was amazing to see each limb operate both independently yet so harmoniously at the same time!? Beautiful! You have opened my mind to more music like this!

At 10:50 he goes in to such a flow state of performing that you can actually feel the natural language he is expressing through this instrumental extension of himself.. remarkable performance demonstrating one of the highest proficiencies..

Remember..he’s just 19..🥺 So many of today’s good drummers are fairly similar to each other… Greyson is a real throwback, to the top drummers in the big band era..

Which is good because in the movie Whiplash, that's the goal of the conductor. To revive the old era of drummers and create a new legend.

In my humble opinion this young man is doing many things. Obviously a lot of skills and knowledge working correctly around the drumkit. The light and shade of accents etc .proper power when required bringing a fresh approach to the jazz styles. This is his self expression loved it

I just found out he is now the new drummer for Suicidal Tendencies! His drumming is wild and it will be interesting to see it put to use for Thrash Metal/Punk group like Suicidal Tendencies. Jazz and Thrash Metal are my two favourite genres.

Nonchalantly makes adjustments to the cymbal stand, not missing a beat, swapping out trad grip without any dips in timing strength or tone, awesome dynamics and groove, flourish’s …. Even juxtaposition with the crash and rides and rums…. Completely blown away by this…. Thank you so much… another new fan subscribed!
