My grandmother used to use old dishwater on her vegetable garden. She grew up doing this.

i can see this for the watering of plants but as to the soap you use ? some soaps will kill a plant what you sujest?

Biocompatible, biodegradable, or greywater friendly labeling are around and the Ecology Center has a good list of what to avoid and what is good. Oasis is an easy brand

I am writing a guide to making one of these systems for a school project and i over looked something, should a family every be worried that they dont wash enough in a week to maintain there garden?
