Pls look at Perkz in those last team fights after the baron and midlane turret siege, the way he dodges those Irelia ults is actually insane. Luka is way too underrated, people just give him credit for his mages in bot, he carried this game hard on a traditional ADC. He's one of the most mechanically gifted european midlaners, now dominating in the bot lane.

TBH, i think he is still better than Caps

I am pretty sure most analysts put him in the top 10 players in worlds. Some even put him in top 5.
@MarcellusAugustusGermanicus5 жыл бұрын
@@sensaiko yeah, i think Perkz is still the best european player. His lows are way better than Caps' and his highs are comparable. And he always turns up when it matters, some croatian bias in me, because we love our boy, the Luka's are making our nation really proud recently. First Modrić, now Perković.

@Mikkel Højbak Her name is icelandic, that's not an easy language, but try as a foreigner to pronounce polish names, this is the real heavy end of the scale. For example try 'Jędrzejczyk' or 'Młynarczyk', good luck, you will need it. Slavic languages are the most difficult from the european indogermanic language tree in my opinion, but i guess it depends from which language root your native language comes from, germanic, slavic or romanic.
@RagingGoblin5 жыл бұрын
@@MarcellusAugustusGermanicus I'd agree mostly, but -- to be fair -- it's a bit more complicated than that. Some languages make it artificially hard to pronounce them as a foreigner, like polygraphs or vowel obfuscation. Compare also how about a quarter of all English words are strictly non-phonetic (compare to/two/too or right/rite/write/wright). Of course, some languages actually are (!) difficult to pronounce for non-native speakers. Consonant clusters, seeing as how they're avoided in many languages, can be tough for beginners, eg. German {angstschweiss} = /aŋstˌʃvaɪ̯s/. Honestly, reading difficulties are often the easiest to overcome with a little knowledge. Real problems are unaccustomed consonant connexions or rare vowels/consonants like /y:/ /ʔ/ /p͡f/ /χ / for English speakers (staying just with European languages). It takes dozens of hours practising phonemes to approach (and recognise) where you want to go. As you rightly said, it all depends on where you come from. Some languages, generally speaking, are more difficult to learn as a European (like Chinese (mostly because of the vowels)), but that doesn't mean that the language is inherently more difficult. In fact, some languages often cited on the internet as difficult (like Japanese) are rather easy to learn -- just different. A bit of a background in language studies might help though. Truth is also that most people learn languages the wrong way. I personally studied classical Latin for 9 years at school, but still wouldn't have been able to hold a very basic conversation without a pen, paper, and some painful thinking. One year at a monastery, speaking (or rather, massively failing to do just that, at first especially) catapulted me through that ceiling in a matter of weeks. It's true that some people learn better by studying than others, but -- no matter the talent in question -- the human subconsciousness is much smarter anyway.
