Papayo!! Uncle your fried fish is fully approved. Loved how you made sure it take color (get brown and nice). I pay $30tt per pound for red snapper...that's around US $4.35 i think. I usually use fresh thymes , onion , garlic , lime , salt , chadon beni and hot pepper , but i am going to try this exact recipe just to enjoy it a new way. Love from Trinidad & Tobago .

Akosua Fire I’ve never tried mustard on Salmon. I usually use a lot of fresh lemon juice & cut lemon and place on top of salmon. That seems to work for me. Now, I am going to try it.

if you're frying fish inside boil a pot of water with 1 cup of white vinegar it in as you're frying fish....that will stop the smell as well.

Spent the day fishing...just caught a stringer of (much smaller than this) panfish, filleted, simple dredge, simple salt, pepper season, pan-fry.
