Just shows how different we all are. I actually love the 7 way's on the top left and right. You cant please everyone. Love this wheel, love the RGB functionality, its endless. The Otto P9 buttons on the back are fantastic, expensive but to me worth it. Had mine only a week but right up shifter is bad, way stiffer than left side, plus 3 of the push buttons wont spring back. On the Grid forum they said they wanted it back so sent me a shipping label for immediate return. Haven't had it returned yet so can't confirm the aftersales customer service some people are raving about. Its fixed but waiting for delivery. We will see soon enough.

I gotta watch what I say, I appreciate your input and your thoughts on your wheel. I'm sorry you had some issues with it.. But there are a lot of issues.. I can't really talk about.. These guys flat out threaten to Sue me. Twice.. Maybe actually three times.. It's a one percent thing I wouldn't understand is what was implied.

@@droors77Just to let you know. My repaired wheel arrived as of date of this message. To my surprise they sent a brand new wheel, tape still on handles. The shifters work as they should now and the buttons are silky smooth. Very happy with it. I am always wary with aftersales customer service but got to say its great, they looked after me.

lol very pathetic the wheel went out. Companies don’t know what quality control is anymore! Spend over $1000 on a cheap looking wheel to get a messed up shifter and 3 buttons that don’t work

I would expect nothing less, These companies are not equipped to repair problems with devices that are designed in cad and manufactured /shipped from china. This is why the fight for right to repair is so important.

Real world testing and quality control is pretty much at a minimum when everything is designed and tested in computer programs.
