Yes, I saw a shadow or man in the background. But on the desk in front of where the shadow is seen is a book, with very white pages. If you just focus on that, it either is, or seems to be moving and getting ruffled on occasion.

Yes the movement is the AC vent. I don't see a shadow man, but I do see the grain in the video appear to be moving. Low lighted areas will cause a lot of grain in the video and if you look closely on your tv you will see the grain is in constant movement. The 3 beep pattern is the telephone on the desk with the book. The chair could be yanked by fishing line or pushed by someone under the desk the door could be fishing line also and someone could be dressed in black for the reflection in the door, but on the other hand it could be a ghost.😋

One older male ghost, after we came to an understanding, would say my name at me if I was up too late the night before work. I did give the 3 ghosts permission to do fun mischievous stuff, some of it was amusing. But they all knew if they tried to hurt or kill anyone I'd burn that whole house down and they could spend eternity haunting a pile of ashes instead of a fixed up house.

But the same area after the guy leaves is when the closed door and no lights then the lights come on, the door opens and you can see a body in the reflection of the glass window of the door! A dark shadow in the reflection of the glass window of the door! WOW!!

IDK if you noticed that there is a shadow persons reflection in the door glass @3:05 after the door opens again and you see the office chair now sitting in the doorway. That shadow was not there before when the lights came on @1:23 of course neither was the chair there either. 😎 And @2:17 I also see it just starting to manifest in the reflection after the man turns to walk out of the room and just before he shuts the lights off.

It's not CCTV, it's a 360 degree camera, you control where you move the visible window, that's why it "moves that way".

Yes it does move like that CCTV can move as long as you have the proper camera (360 degree) and yes things like this happen daily. I do security and sadly the last place i was stationed to run most of my guards would claim seeing things and sadly i didnt velieve them cause i would have seen them sinve i have seen things at other sites but never saw the things qt that specific spot. Had a black silhouette walk past the camera on my shift with a guard and my door was opened in clear view being i was standing talking to the guard about the visual silhouette. Then my office door opens in front of my eyes and tried to slam only smacking into me and stunning me out of pure adrenaline to find out who did it and why (thinking it was an off duty guard playing a joke even though my door can only open from my side so when the door opened i should have known better). I go to the guard thwt is sitting there praying and saying screw this job. I stayed they left after that shift. The many things i have seen there and at other sites will just be unbelievable until it happens to you. I for one still get calls from guards asking what to do in case of emergency like that. The only thing i do is tell them "either get religious and pray or deal with it in a professional manner and dont acknowledge it for more than just a typical nuisance and write in D.A.R so they arent blamed for something they didn't do".

Guys by reading the comments I see some of you don't know this video has 360° option. You can move the angle of the video. There you'll see the guy going to the small room, and all the stuff happens there. That being said, I think it's fake, but the guys reaction made me laugh. Peace.

If you follow the man until he peels out of the building, then you turn back to the room where the lights flashing, you can see someone's reflection in the window glass when the door opens and shuts again. That being said, if it's faked, it's been done well.

That’s what I thought. I have seen only one ghost, but they are 100% real. I was remodeling an old home. While working in the basement, I saw an older man walking past the laundry sinks. I ran upstairs to talk to the homeowner. Before I even said anything, she said “Oh, you must have met the ghost”. She must have seen the look on my face. She said that the whole family has seen him regularly for years, and he is never scary. Seeing a ghost for real, has changed my views on a number of things in life. So strange.

very awsome love the set up this is great 👍 also the chair if you look at the movement of it collate it with the door as the door shuts you can watch the motion of the chair move from the force of the door once it has slammed due to a fishing wire or thinner trick wire used for this kind of effect and unfortunately if you pause and watch when the lights flicker in the end befor the door opens and you can see the shadow wheather it was cgi because it seems the contents of the glass change but in the flicker you can see someone quickly Flipping the lights and moving out of frame I know alot of offices are haunted though with actual activities if this is real and I am wrong I would love a night in there with some equipment and too see what's making those bumps in the night awsome 360 video btw

Actually this is real. You can tell it's real because the first time the alarm goes off if you look at the monitor it kinda glitches out. That's important because spirits can use anything that produces static radio or electric charges and use as energy to produce a movement or sound. Also I've passed away in my sleep before. Watch it on a portable device, first. You’ll have to turn around to see the room in total. While I hear and see some things move, I think the crescendo is right at the end where the room of which the door slammed shut…the light flickers on, and the door opens by itself only to revel a figure in the door’s window reflection.
