His music wrecks me. It brings so much emotion to the surface. And his playing style even if its just him and his acoustic, theres so much space and sound in the room. Its truly amazing. Very unique singing style, its like the country music version of Chris Cornell. But a brighter vibe. Great interview

Great interview with SWJ . It makes a change for an interviewer to ask questions and actually listen to the replies back without constant interruptions

What a guy!! His music feels so good. I don't hear it with my ears, I feel it with my heart. He is so down to earth. Love his music, can't get enough.

It IS one of the best records. His picture music, song writing and performance is on a level of iconic musicians like Waylon/ Merle / Willie His music hit our house like a fever when my wife and I heard it for the first time. Soul touching. It’s like I’ve known him personally for years or sumtn. Just caught a show in Charlotte. Felt like I was in my 20’s again. He spent time with all his fans. Humble fella. Brother Stephen is what I call him. Like a brother that I haven’t met.

Stephen’s music, specifically the cover of Stand By Me, basically did to me, what he said Tim McGraw and Don’t Take The Girl did to him. I bought tickets for my wife and i to his show to his show in Toronto, with a back stage meet and greet! I feel like in a very short amount of time, the 2 of us will look back in awe of how we were back stage at a Stephe Wilson JR concert. Amazing stuff

Man I have been waiting for this. After I heard you and Hardy talking about this guy, I went and found him. I have totally fallen in love with his music. I would love to know how he creates his awesome guitar tones. Both that and his voice are just so unique.
