Now Paulo is one of the, if not the greatest jazz musician in the world. Jarreau was well educated, very handsome, and mot importantly, a decent and gracious human being. So is Michael Paulo. i wish there were more people like them in the world.

Live Under The Sky festivals hosted some of the greatest performances from the 80's to the early 90's. That large hall reverb really brings more depth to the mix. Classic 90's man. Nothing beats the primitiveness in the old school music. Real musicians, real music.

The best thing about the old jazz festivals is all these world class cats would come together and collaborate with each other live. Pretty much ad hoc with nearly no rehearsal time. Definitely missing that element these days.
