Grilled Ahi Tuna in the Big Green Egg

Grilled sushi grade ahi tuna steaks two ways on the big green egg.
First the traditional way, olive oil, salt, seared then topped with garlic and parsley.
Second encrusted with white and black sesame seed then sliced and served with ponzu sauce.
Cast iron skillet potatoes with fresh sweet corn and grilled zucchini. Finish with a glass of white wine, life is pretty good!
