I have never cooked Asparagus with lemon and garlic, I must try this. My favourite is oiled and wrapped in Prosciutto. A couple of bunches of woody stems can make you some asparagus soup if you pass it through a sieve

grilled asparagus is AMAZING!!! course now gonna try this way! i eat it 3 -4 times a week. usually grill THEN drizzle with olive oil or avocado oil and salt gonna try this one now

The asparagus used here (for my taste) is way too thick..The amnt of olive oil used here is way too much and you should never "cut" asparagus... Take the couple extra minutes to break off the 'woody' part at their natural break points. Just sayin ;)
