Grilled Chicken And Green Chile Pizza On The Char-Griller Auto Kamado

I took some grilled chicken thighs and made an incredible Cast Iron Pan Pizza with some made from scratch pizza dough. I topped the pizza with the chicken some onions, red and yellow bell peppers, and mushrooms. I also used some freshly grated Parmigiana Reggiano cheese. I topped the pizza with freshly grated low moisture mozzarella cheese then sprinkled the top with some chopped Hatch green chiles. Then put it on my Char-Griller Auto Kamado using Fogo lump charcoal and a couple of pieces of applewood. Cooked to perfection at around 450 degrees. So sit back relax and enjoy.

11oz or 2 cups of pizza or bread flour
1 teaspoon sea salt
1tsp yeast
1 cup of warm water at approx 110 degrees
