I've had an electric smoker sitting in my garage for about 10 years. I wiped the dust off of it last weekend and followed your rib recipe to a "T". My girlfriends family thinks I'm some professional chef now. They were the best ribs anybody has ever had. I figured I'd try these fajitas tonight and I'm glad I did. Everything was awesome! I feel like I at least owe you a thank you. Thank you kind sir for everything that you do!!

These are a family favorite. We call them "9 o'clock fajitas ". By the time I get home from work, fire up the grill, It's not till about 9 o'clock before we eat. Also, I usually throw in a whole unsliced habanero pepper in there as well. We can mince it up after and add a wee bit to spice it up a little more. I will try the chicken thighs next time too. Thanks Malcolm , great video as usual .

Just tried this minus the jalapenos and cayenne. Also didn't have any lime. It was amazing. Tender chicken with a great marinade flavor. The veggies cooked perfect in a cast iron pan. Great recipe and great video. Thank you. Thumbs up and im subscribing.

Malcolm, I just love your recipes. They are simple to make, easy to cook and taste really, really good. Just did you fajita recipe on my pellet grill. Smoked everything before turning up the grill. The food tasted so good, it was better than my local Mexican Restaurant. That's saying something because those guys really know how to make good food.

Made this tonight, was fantastic! Killer Hogs doesn't ship to Canada, so I made my best guess at the All Purpose rub (AP rub): 1 cup course/kosher salt, 1/2 cup ground black pepper, and 3/4 cup garlic powder (half was left after making the fajitas). The fajita sauce was fantastic too and a must (heat was perfect with Frank's Red Hot for me). Doesn't need more than a couple hours to marinate, chicken would be mush after 3-4 hours. Love your chanel, looking forward to trying more of your recipes!

Hey Malcolm, We love your videos. You really do a good job of your productions and you are so articulate. Consummate professional. Kudos to your production folks, they are some of the best we have ever seen. Your videos are TIGHT. We are never frustrated with waiting for you to get to the "meat" (pun intended)of the story/recipe. You are absolutely our go to guy for smoking and grilling. You make quite a few family style dishes and to make your awesome videos even better show how the family (it could be anybody if your family is shy) comes in and makes their fajitas or grabs those incredible Philly cheese steaks and puts the meal together. It would make your "show" even better. But with this little critique we have to tell you, YOU DA MAN. Best wishes to you and your family and we look forward to any new videos you produce
