I hope some day to be able to live a life like you all. Much respect, prayers, and support from Indiana. Thanks so much for teaching us and also making it fun. As someone in their early 40's I'm starting to find out I should have listened. It's wonderful people like yourselves that will help carry self sufficiency, tradition, and knowledge for us that want to learn for years to come. So much more than a cooking show. There are real life lessons to be learned from this gentleman. How to interact with others and animals, how to speak with intelligence and respect, love for others, respect for all that gods done. THANK YOU Mr. Cowboy Ken and family. ✌️🌲

Kent, I'm not sure if I'm doing this right, but one of my favorite videos is your biscuit and gravy video. I actually use that biscuit recipe as my go to when making them. One of my favorite parts of the video, is when you were going to add the sugar, but it was "over yonder" in the car. Then the "pie, crumb, cutter deal." Then having to use what you have at hand, and making do, when you run off and leave the biscuit cutter at home. The fun you have doing the videos each week, making sure your fans are not only entertained, but come away with a fantastic recipe that can be shared with family and friends. I've used several of your recipes for family gatherings, and they are always a big hit. That also gives me a chance to share your channel. Thank you, and Shannon for doing such a fantastic with your content!! That's how you smash that 2 million subscriber mark. Congratulations to you and your staff, on that awesome milestone!! Hope to make one of your events this year, so I can get (then), all 3 three of the cookbooks signed, and see, and hopefully taste the end results your outstanding craft. God Bless You All!!!

They were OUTSTANDING! We like them better than the steak fajitas, only because steak can be hit or miss on quality around here. We just need to put a little more effort into that I guess. We used skinny chicken (thin) and cut them about 3/4” in width.

Do love your new hat, I want a good hat like yours, I guess I coming over to your place to get measured. I never seen precooking chicken in foil to make it moist, but will try. I cook in a Green Egg and my chicken is always good and moist. I not a fan of bell peppers, or should I say the bell pepper is not a fan of me, but I do use a lot of different types of chilis that I grill up and add to the onions. Fur babies do add a whole lot to life and yes I still my two huskies after walking them this morning in -9 degrees.

Same with our Sloppy Joe’s. We now call them Clean Kent’s because the pan is always empty when we make them. Sure enjoyed our visit out to the restaurant last summer. The food was great and were looking forward to another visit.
