Grilled LAMB CHOPS KARAHI

Today I am teaching you guys a new recipe I created for Grilled LAMB CHOPS KARAHI.
This recipe is done in 2 steps ,
Frist we marinate & Grill The chops
Then we make the KARAHI masala & mix them together. Its a fast moving recipe with some really cool tricks to make your dish a success!!!
LAMB CHOPS MARINATE:-
5LBS Lamb chops
1/2 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
1TBL SPN Salt
1TBL SPN BLK Pepp
1TBL SPN Coriander Powder
1TBL SPN Granulated Garlic
KARAHI MASALA:-
1 1/2 Cup Oil
3TBL SPN Garlic/Ginger Paste
1TBL SPN Red Chili / 1.5 TBL SPN For SPICY
1 1/2 TBL SPN Coriander Powder
1 1/2 TBL SPN Salt
1 TSP BLK PEPP
8 Roma Tomatoes
1 Bunch Cilantro
2 Inch Ginger
3 Green Chilies

dilip patel this is 5lbs of lamb chops, To get the right consistency you need this much but you can adjust your recipe how you like it because no recipe is absolute . I am just using my experience cooking for 1000’s of my clients for my catering company!!!!
