¿Quién dice que la economía está mal en España? Probablemente esté mejor que en USA. Yo todos los días veo los bares t las terrazas llenas, incluso en invierno, y ese es el mejor indicador de que la economía marcha como debe ser. Que no quieran traer pulpo importado de la mismisima galicia hasta detroit , no le quita el derecho de llamarlo pulpo a la gallega. Hoy en dia habra 500.000 locales que pongan en sus cartas pulpo a la gallega y cada uno presentado de una manera distinta y con sabores distintos. En definitiva... la gastronomia es muy abierta hoy en dia. Perdona si te molesta mi comentario, no va con animo de ofender

Plamy89 lo que ha puesto encima son "chipirones" como les llamariamos aqui. Los cuales son una variedad de calamar. Ni siquiera es de la misma especie. Y no, no hace falta que el pulpo sea importado de Galicia, con que le hubiese puesto el mismo que utilizan para hacer su plato de "grilled octopuss" habria sido suficiente. Pero me hace gravia que le lle pulpo a la gallega a un plato que ni siquiera lleva pulpo.
