【Ingredients】
●Squid:8
●Japanese soy sauce:6 tablespoon
●Cooking sake: 2 tablespoon
●Sweet cooking sake : 2 tablespoon
●Dashi:half tablespoon (white dashi is fine)
●Sugar:half tablespoon (depends on thickness of soy sauce)
●Grinded ginger:half tablespoon
Mayonnaise and chili pepper are up to you
※Squids gets too delicious by marinating Japanese soy sauce and Dashi in half day
Please defrost squid first or it gets too chowy.
If you're wondering how to clean squid, ask the supermarket if they can do it for you.
It’s much easier if there is no cleaning, just marinate
