Korean red pepper

In Korea, they eat it with somen noodles. If you don't have squid, you can use meat.
Ingredients] (2 to 3 servings)
3 cups squid
1/2 zucchini
1/2 carrot
1/2 onion
1 leek
3-4 garlic cloves
sesame oil
Yangnyom
3.5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
Half tablespoon gochujang (red pepper paste)
1.5 to 3 tablespoons red pepper
1 green chili pepper, if available
Recipe
1) Make yangnyom.
(2) Mix yangnyeom with squid.
③Cut vegetables.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan to release the aroma of garlic and lightly fry the squid.
⑤Add vegetables except green onion. Add vegetables except green onion and stir-fry until vegetables become slightly wilted. Add water or sake if water content is not enough.
