I mentioned it in the video, both times. 20-25 mins for the hard boiled and then cold smoked for 40-45 mins. Thanks for watching! This was a tasty recipe.

Boil your eggs first, peel them, then cold smoke them, you'll get a beautiful smoke ring and they'll taste wonderful

Do you vacuum out the ash? Like if I smoke for several hours let’s say 5-6 hours will the ash build up and cause any issues?

Great question! I am a little OCD about cleaning out my grill, so yes, I vacuum it out after every cook. I’ve seen too many videos where people don’t clean it out and it causes so many issues. I’ve had pellet grills for 3 years and have never had a misfire, misfeed, or anything else remotely close to an issue. You don’t have to be like me, but cleaning it out every few cooks and minimizing the ash, especially in the burn pot which is where a lot of issues can come from, is always a good idea.

Took them out and mixed them up with the spices and bacon then spooned it back in.

It's different....but you sure are burning a lot of pellets. I think it is better to boil first then peel then put on smoker for only 30 minutes. Conserving the biggest expense....pellets. ;^]

You’re probably right but I didn’t burn through that much for it. The pellets I use are $8 a bag. Pitboss brand. But I defiantly think your way would also work. I did it mainly for the channel. Thanks for watching and for the tip!
