I've had one a couple of months and it's great. One thing I wish were different is that the riser should be a solid block of plastic. This would reduce the volume of the chamber for smaller items for more speed and efficiency. 1:12 you cut the lifting straps, then at 1:38 "How do we get it out?" 😆 Those are good to save for moving the machine around. Awesome, bargain priced vacuum packer all in all. Get into sous vide cooking and it's even better!

brother I got mine about 9 months ago from Vevor, already done about 3000 bags and still going strong, also a buddy of mine bought a much more expensive one, we took them apart, same machine at a brisk 3X the price. Go Vevor

Note that when sealing jars, you should set the sealer to Marinate mode - that skips the sealing steps.

I make allot of home made Chili/Turkey/chicken noodle soups in the fall and winter. Impossible to seal with my food saver. I think it make be time to upgrade!! I didn't know Vevor had these, I have a Vevor Ultrasonic machine I use to clean my LP records (for about 2 years now) Still going strong. Great Video!!!

First video I have found that actually shows size of chamber and gives an idea as to largest bag that can be sealed. Thank you for showing that. The Chinese descriptions of these machines is lacking or deceptive. My biggest issue in buying one, is customer support which is totally lacking, and having it become a boat anchor for the lack of available minor repair parts.

A word of the wise that switch is a breaker breakers aren't meant to be switches You need to get an external switch or just plug it in and unplug it when you want to use it Don't use that breaker for a switch It's the weak link in this machine I've had to replace it.

We love our sealers had since march but the power on and off switch died Contacted vevor and they responded within 24 hrs after sending the video and are going to ship us a new switch Now to just wait for it to arrive and then fit it

Try putting your fresh sausage in the freezer for a while before vacuuming sealing, it will keep the shape. You don’t need to for smoked sausage but it helps with the fresh. I actually have that same unit.

I season, form, and freeze burger patties before I vacuum seal them for this reason.

Literally… The only downside of Vevor is they don’t sell spare parts. On the upside, you can buy 3 of these Vevor sealers for the price of a comparable VacMaster (the standard in chamber vacuums), and there are third party sellers.
