Is there a Humble Bumble link for the expansions that helps out your channel? Or do I use the link to the basic Grim Dawn page and then search for the expansions from there? Edit: I just saw at the bottom of the Humble Bundle webpage where it says "Partner Enabled: Lifting" so it looks like it will work. thanks for the links!

I think you left out a VERY important way to farm reputation: bounties. This does not apply to all enemy factions, but Cronley's definitely qualifies. Cronley's Gang has a ennemy faction of it's own, which is your friend: Devil' Crossing. By going to the Devil's Crossing bounty table (near Boston office in the middle), you can access bounties. Quick explanation about the bounty table mechanics: Each time you load the game, each table has a five bounties counter. If you do not have a bounty selected with that particular table, you can check the first one. You can then either accep it, or dismiss it. You you accept it, you can complete it, and then go back to the bounty table for a bonus. Then, you can select or dismiss another one. After you do that a maximum of five times, the bounty table is "exhausted", and will no longer give bounties, until or reload the game by going to the main menu. The bounties comes from a pre-selected list (one for each table), and the bounties are selected randomly from that table each time you check for a bounty. Yes, it CAN give you the same bounty twice, and yes, sometimes that bounty CANNOT be completed in the same game (like, killing the same monster boss twice in a row). Also, when you select a bounty, you CANNOT discard it and it must be completed. For this reason, it is recommended to only farm bounties when you have access to all the warp gates and areas relative to that bounty table. Now, about the Devil's Crossing (DC) table and Cronley's Gang (CG). About two-thirds of the bounties at DC concerns killing stuff about CG goons. The trick is that, each time you reload the game and go for the route LiftingNerdBro described, you adjust where you start according to this: 1) Do I already have a DC bounty selected? If yes, go the the area where I can complete it and try to have it completed. 2) If not, get a new bounty. 3) Then, as soon as you complete a bounty, cycle through the bounties for a bounty that A) concerns the CG and B) CAN be completed this playthrough. 4) Go the area to complete quest. 5) Repeat until all bounties are exhausted or are no longer possible to complete. 6) Finish the remaining areas for grinding reputation. Why do this? The reson stated by LNB is that every enemy id either a 1, 2, 50 or 125 reputation gain. Getting a quest does the following: More chances that the ennemy to kill spawns (thus in itself is a 125 points of infamy), and foe each quest done is a 150 points of infamy gained, plus iron bits and other rewards (usually crafting materials). A normal CG run without bounties and the Warrant bonus (more on that later) will yield approximately 700-800 points gains (about 5-6 bosses, purples, with a few heores worth 50 a pop). If you are reasonably lucky, you can complete about three bounties of DC per run, for an additional 450 points. That's approximately 60% more effective!!! Once you unlock Nemesis, you no longer need to do this, as the Nemesis itself is worth far more than the bounties. If you do this for only one character, then you can't use the Warrant. But if you want to have another character do the same run, then kill the Nemeis until a Warrant appears (either from the Nemesi or the Nemesis stash), then a new character can gain a 50% reputation bonus from it's killing spree. Every enemy faction that has bounties availiable against it from a friendly faction can work the same way. Just check the friendly faction way of getting reputation, and if it lists an enemy faction, there is a good chance that it's bounty table will offer missions against it. This is especially important with the CG faction, the Order/Kymon faction, the Aetherial Vanguard faction (Ashes of Malmouth) and the Eldritch faction (Forgotten gods), because the amount of ennemies to kill in those factions are extremely limited: they only spawn at a few areas with limited amounts of enemies per load. Boosting the infamy with bounty is highly recommended because it's so easy to do. Hace fun farming!

hey man. loved your EoR guide and i was wondering if you could continue doing more detailed guides like that one? ive had GD for a while now but didnt always have time to fully learn the game/builds and most build guides ive looked up on the forums and they seemed to be aimed for people who already have ton of items, ton of hours into the game and such. the moment you uploaded your guide tho. ive already sunk 50hours into that build and loved it and how detailed even the leveling was. hungry for more builds of yours.

In my more than 100 runs farming with Fabius, I found he rarely spawn in his spawn point near Devil's crossing so it's often the last place to check for me. My method specialized on finding blueprints from nemesis trove so I ignore every non-boss enemies on my way and simply take quick look near spawn points without going in unless the nemesis is there. Here's my route : 1) Arkovian foot hill rift - surround to the left then surround to the right if he's not there I take some stroll checking the ruin to the far right for Moosilauke, the undead's nemesis. If there's nothing go to the next spot. 2) Old Arkovia rift - Get into the mine, going down, if he's not there I back track up to the upper zone and if he's still not there we go to the next place. 3) Cronley's hideout Part I - we exit the hideout to the open air, go to the upper left cliff, glancing if he's down there near the arena. If he's not we check the lower right, then to the upper right crossing suspension bridge then proceed to upper left, or the next spot. 4) Cronley's hideout Part II - now get inside ,run the way LNB suggested , if by Dereni he's no where to be found pls go a bit further he might be at the end of the tunnel, yet if he's not there just go check the place near Devil's crossing.

Hi. I think dereni will not spawn if you didn't spare his life in an earlier quest.

It's as you say. I just simply use him as a marker for simpler explanation. Most people who have farming in their mind often leave him alive.

This type of farming is what I really like about GD compared to PoE. It seems like end game farming in grim dawn is very accessible to all players. Anyone can farm reputation. But in PoE, you need to amass currency just to be able to farm for things.

@DragonDark1495 жыл бұрын
The thing with Fabius is that you can check all his spawn points because it's relatively easy to find him (he's one of the nemesis with the least spawn points alongside Kymon's/Order of death vigil) The problem begins with the other nemesis... Benn'Jahr for example is PITA farming him, sooo many places to check with many spawn points, one of them being Bastion of Chaos which can be a difficult place for a new player Heck, chthonian nemesis are the worst... Benn'Jahr the INIVISIBLE and Grava'Thul the INVINCIBLE

Devouring any & all GD content as I just started playing the game. Have 5 or 6 toons between 45-60 thus far. Is Nemesis farming something that needs to be done when you are max level?
@seanjones78225 жыл бұрын
not max level perse, but in ultimate for sure, because that's where you get the best drops. However, nemeses shouldn't be taken lightly, they can be very, very difficult to kill if you're just starting out. I would recommend getting some key upgrades and powerspikes in your build before trying to farm these guys. Stuff like your endgame weapon, a few set pieces, etc. Also, the different nemeses have vastly different strengths and weaknesses. Moosiluake, for example, will freeze lock you unless you have good aoe and good freeze res (like 60% plus freeze res) but otherwise isn't too hard. Valdaran as well is not too hard, but he can stunlock if your stun res is low. Fabius does a lot of damage, other nemeses like kubacabra and the iron maiden are also super rippy. Basically, try out the different nemeses and see what your build can clear, because not all of them can be done on every build. Thankfully, there's lots of easier farm content that you can do, like treasure troves, the twin falls farming run, and many, many others that are super easy, not rippy at all, and can get you started on your legendary and recipe building.

For the first time since picking up this game years ago, I saw my map when entering the Steps of Torment to find the Archives Untold, and I saw a giant skull, no idea, looked it up and yes, my first ever nemesis. I was scared but also excited to discover something new for me. Well, the game freaking crashed as I walked down the second steps of the first area of the dungeon. Goodbye nemesis...f this computer.
