GRIMALDI FERRY from BARCELONA to CIVITAVECCHIA ! AWESOME or AWFUL?

How was our 21 HOUR ferry ride with the Grimaldi Ferry Lines? Mixed feelings to be sure. Great boat, good state room, smooth sailing but lousy food and bad service from a skeleton crew from Grimaldi.
