I really like how you write and how you tell it, and since i knew most of the stuff you tell are written by yourself! (the sisters of battle gave me goosebumps and almost drove me to tears)It gave me more motivation to write myself. So thank you for that! when i feel it is "done" i will sent ya something. Not actually sure I have ever seen anyone say Chaos is better because... well... other than khorne giving you enjoyment of the unending war of warhammer (with the caveat of constant apathy and pain when not in battle) no god actually offers anything but thinly veiled eternal suffering to the average human.

@@Diarmuhnd yeah I think they do that in some chapters but that's more the training process to wipe away their past a lot of times these chapters were recruiting from places that were essentially Stone Age primitive not like they were holding a whole lot of knowledge before the chapter took them this is a true with all chapters but this also prevents things like chaos using the memory of your parents against you

@@Diarmuhnd there was a change in the way in which Imperium handled chaos incursions and the people who saw them they made this quite clear in the first book of Watchers of the throne Everything's kind of change now after the tear in the galaxy there's no real point in trying to keep chaos secret it's everywhere coming through people's front doors good thing it's Warhammer 40K and just like America everybody owns guns.

I always wonder if people who write Warhammer 40K are like psychological professors or people who work in psych wards because they always show people with PTS especially like at the early traumatic stages remarkably accurately

That first story is the best depiction of a Slaaneshi ritual that I have ever heard. The Homunculi story, that horrifying soliloquy delivered one-on-one, is the most unnerving and effective horror I have encountered in years. Truly worthy of the heritage of Clive Barker and his Cenobites.
