On these worlds, the base rule is something akin to "The gods help those who help themselves". So, in theory, any chaos lord can rule over a daemon world if he can actually get to the top.

Not sure what others there are that you haven't already covered in other videos like your Daemons of Chaos playlist. I'm thinking specifically of the one that is an entire theater which forces captives to act out plays written by a major daemon of Tzeentch. Speaking of which, will you be covering Kyros(?) Fateweaver? I don't think he was covered in your previous videos on daemons of Tzeentch.
