These guys are fairly interesting because the only thing I could really compare them to is the hangers on that a chaos champion just normally seems to accrue around themselves. And before this I thought the Church of sigmar using flagellants in the city of mordheim was a bit disturbing xD

I only knew of these guys from the warsword conquest mod for mount and blade warband and they werent very impressive there, in the lore though they seem like some insane lads. 10/10 would make a peasant army of insane pilgrims

Also they found the new world and held the very first Frenchgiving with the dark elves. It didnt end well, though the Druchii did quite like the wine.
