I’m from NY and I grew up on grime, my sound is directly linked with the genre and style of rhyme with the density of east coast rap and this to me hit heavy because I didn’t know a lot of this history I was surfing the net for the sounds etc and I’ve been listening 14 - 16 years deep maybe more and this connects a lot of dots for me this reinvigorated me; I didn’t even know jammer got idle like that and how hard some things hit him to see where he’s at now is so inspiring for me

Yes but they were also a part of so solid. They blew up seperatley from so solid with their casualty remix but still released under so solid umbrella. Argue I truly hope you get to do some sort of live version of these. A panel of Producers & MC's - Barbican / Somerset House kind of vibe. Also, when it's time to commemorate this golden era at the V&A, MoMa etc - you simply HAVE to be involved at an executive level. This is outstanding, important archival work. Monumental effort.

Love them all, but this is episode is the one I recommend people. Destruction VIP was the dub that locked me in. That dubplate made me feel proud of who I was, and hopeful that I could be what I wanted to be. It's a gimmick not far from the truth, that Jammer is a superhero.

Wiley was connected to the record labels he was connected to them since 2000 when they signed Nicole's Groove and Wiley was big and so was Pay As You Go, you can't deny that. No one's saying Dizzee isn't a pioneer because he's a don but if you look at things objectively Wiley was a grown man who had been on a musical journey before Dizzee and people neglect it and suddenly think his career started after Champagne Dance.
