Hey I just wanted to say Slender Mann is based of an German …I think you can call it farytail. The name of the Orginal creature was großmann .It was basically similar to slender man .You kann goggel it and can finde more infos .It says he lived or lives in the SchwarzWald .(it’s and Region in Germany )

This was awesome! I love seeing different lore being made for the DSMP. The designs were very cool and unique to each person. I won't deny as someone who likes to write, I already was thinking of some backstory for some characters as their designs had such interesting details that could be connected to why they were changed as such. I love how you put so much thought into each character and what they would be! i recently gained more of an intrest in the monster type of beings so its cool to hear about more of them! also i learned about gargoyles in an art class and wanted to share some gargoyle info, there is actualy a sort of sibling to gargoyles called grotesques with the only diffrence between the two being that gargoyles spew water from they're throats and grotesques dont. anyway this was really cool and you did awesome!

You can smash them, but they just return to their not smashed state. You can't free those trapped by smashing them, it just notifies them of your presence. Thank you :D

In Sweden we have something similar to the kelpie, we call it "bäckahästen" which translates to something like "the river horse" the story is that it's a white steed that lures children on to it's back and it gets longer and longer the more people that get on, after they are on they can't get off, just like the kelpie, and then it dives back into the river with everyone and presumably drowns them since they are never to be found

Stumbled upon your animatic and was hella impressed by the thought & effort put in. Though, during your explanation it did make me wonder about the not mentioned Ghoul Trio (Alyssa/Vikk/Lazar). Why are they the same type of monster, and seemingly hunting the Human Trio? Were they human to begin with or perhaps creations by Dream? Their 'outsider' status is interesting to say the least.

There's no real reason, I just didn't have much to work with because their characters aren't active, and by the end of the animati I was getting a burned out. They were humans, Dream can't create his own creatures.

Her: *Picks a handful of well established monsters* Me: "Cosmic horror is just the way to go" Mentally Insane though good hearted and loves his little Bro EmperorSheep Catholic Native Mezo-American Cognitive Cosmic Horror is basically the theme behind my character, so his reaction to each of these characters and especially Dream would totally be foreboding. 6:26 self-explanatory, Tommy has done enough wrong in both the most hilarious and the most stupidest ways he could ever possibly do. 6:47 another self-explanatory interpretation, seeing as how Tubbo (As in his online persona, not his real life one, I honestly don't think that he is a psychopath irl though he most definitely never would admit it to his audience, for the same reason as Tommy wouldn't) is often times so sweet yet so mentally messed up, just like how bees routinely are commited to their mission. Heck, even Tommyinnit is like a flower to him, he is constantly drawn to him and he stings his enemies with near suicidal attempt to protect those he loves in the Dream SMP. 6:57 And yet another self explanatory pick, he is just like me in so many ways, excepting the fact that he often times seems to be on drugs, which when you think about it with how much I use KZbin to cure my depression to face the hard work ahead of me every day, we aren't that different then. Ghosts are notorious for being creative creatures, especially with how they target their victims and with how they choose to express themselves. 7:06 Daddy Philza. 7:28 despite being my favorite youtuber I have nothing to say about this one. 7:51 Cliché though understandable, though the part I don't understand, aside from the fact that Dream is evil and he would only make them into evil creatures, is that Fundy would be the bad form of the Kinutsine (correct me if I am wrong about the name, since I know I am wrong about the spelling). @@Grimmijaggers And that is understandable and a totally viable way of interpreting Fundy, I just kind of would have liked to see a twisted kindness aspect in him, like he genuinely wants to help Tommy and Tubbo to get out of their predicament and is the only one who isn't malicious but at the same time wants to just let them succumb to their fate for the fun of it. Kind of like a split personality type of thing though I mean taking the simple way in doesn't always mean it can't be appreciated in a complex capacity, just like Nintendo Games have their fun simplicity this interpretation can also be fun in its own simple way, I just wanted something different that I think would have fit Fundy better and would have been cool to see. Also, is there anything else you would like to talk about?

All the monsters’ minds are altered once they’ve been turned and are forced to be happy. Anything outside of the town doesn’t really exist to them, so they have no reason to wanting to let someone escape. All they know and ‘love’ is the town. Only if you have a specific question about my AU/art

If it makes you feel better, my friends character is a type of Litch that is like Dream. Great part about DND is you can take whatever libraties you want. He's a Litch wth a soul in ours who wants revenge on the guy who killed him and his wife trying to find immortality. anywho, this is really cool, I love each of them and the thought you put in it.

Thank you so much! By ghouls, do you mean Alyssa, Vikkstar and Lazarbeam? If you mean all the monsters, the answer is the same; they don't get a choice. So they're 'happy' in the sense they have no free will, so it's not genuine. They're almost like a hive mind with slight personalities differences.

10:26 also in dnd, Lich aren’t actually returned spirits but rather powerful necromancers that achieved pseudo-immortality and became undead. They never fully died while dream did in this case. In fantasy terms, he’d be more akin to a ghoul.
