Hyper realism isn't easy at all. You gotta be insanely talented to sculpt realistic faces like some of these. The artists that can also charge a fortune just for a bust. I've seen realistic silicone busts go for like over 15k especially if the artist has big movie credits. I don't know what lasts longer though wax or silicone? I know silicone looks the mist realistic when it comes to skin imo.

I went to the one in London and they had the best madame tussaaurds I’ve been to yet because they had a separate part full of medieval torture devices with the wax area as well.I havnt been to this one you all went to yet but I will one day,there is a good wax museum that is in Stanford across from knots berry farm and medical times restaurant.I’m sure you both will love knots scary farm this year.

Wow, they have some great statues there in Hollywood. Nice presentation and very good image quality. We've been in Madame Tussauds Amsterdam recently (March 2020), a few days before the Corona closedown. A video "80 statues" of it is on our channel, it has almost all statues that were shown to the visitors in Madame Tussauds Amsterdam at that time.
