Love your vids, very detailed and extremely fast. Could you do radios next? They’re a bit confusing!

A couple of tips from a Russian guy: 1. Study the behavior of the Mi-24 in different rotor pitch modes. Remember the values when the helicopter changes from level flight to vertical flight, but does not fall into the vortex ring. A helicopter with a full tank of fuel and no weapons has this value in the region of 9 to 10 degrees. The more weight, the higher the value, and vice versa. 2. Use the trimmer more often. Even more often. In fact, every time you change the stick position. In addition to the helicopter trimmer, the Mi-24 has an aircraft trimmer, use it too.

The Hind's pilot cokcpit is one of those aricrafts where you get a very different perspective when in VR vs on the Monitor. The operator side though... not so much.

Similar feel to the Mag 8 makes for an easy transition. It was banking RIGHT at HIGH speed (a no-no) which was the key for me.

When landing on the runway, you can slow down by lowering the collective and pulling the cyclic stick back. Apply the brakes until you come to a complete stop.

Ok, now what are your settings? are you using the control helper? Rudder trimmer? What is the collective move threshold thing about? what are your saturations and curves?

Please do the cinematic "Day of the Typhoon" at the Mortain anti Panzer counter attack August 1944. We should honor those RAF 2nd Tactical Air Force volunteers' finest work in driving the Wermacht out of France .

the little propellers front of the face of the pilot/operator are in case for any reason the rotorblades don't work anymore.

How many times did you crash before making this episode..... I thought the Huey was a handfull... but the Hind is it's angry stepsister. I think the flightmodel needs some tinkering otherwise ... Hail to the pilots who fly them.
