I've just picked one of these up for a review. I got a bargain at £9.99, don't think you'll find any more quality at this price range than in a casio! They're the perfect everyday beaters.

I've had this watch for about 4 years and justr replaced the battery today. It has been in and out of water on a daily basis and beat around quite a bit, both at work and play. Runs great and is cheap. Great little watch. Love the Casinos.

I can attest to how tough this watch is. After six years, a broken bezel (epoxied back on) broken strap, new battery, scratched to death, gets wet every day. It still keeps time as good as day one.

I also have this watch for about 7 years now am a car mechanic say no more this is toughest watch I've ever had

Depending on your criteria this watch could be the best watch in the world. I bought 3 ,for myself and sons.

Just got one of these to try that oil mod. So cheap and so sweet for the money. Kudos for spending time on this one.

Cheap Casios are all the watch most people need for day to day stuff. Great work watches for people who work with their hands. I've got a W86 digital and it's fab.

I’m a fan of the models that have circular markers, no numerals, but they’re more difficult to find.

Have 3 of these in case Casio ceases production. Mine run an amazing +2 sec/month! Awesome Miyota movement. The face is polycarbonate. If you scratch, pop bezel off and polish with any type of polish, car, metal, or Polywatch (overpriced and unnecessary IMHO).

I have two watches my Breitling Colt SkyRacer Quartz and this one as a beater Casio so if you want a lookalike of the Breitling Colt Skyracer Quartz Black go for the Casio Two Thumbs Ups

I've got some mid-tier Swiss watches, nothing worth over a grand, but I love cheap Casios. I've got half a dozen cheap digitals but these keep tempting me, with a huge choice a colours and dial options. The white dial with the SKX style lumed indices actually seems to have decent lume, it's shame they don't do a black dial version with that lume. If I spare the cash I'd try to buy one of every colour and style of these.

Yeah, I'd agree that would make a great inexpensive daily driver watch. Love the militaristic look and feel of that watch. For about $18 you can't go wrong, can you?

There's a variant with circle hour markers and triangles at 6/9/12. I'm tempted by that one, painting on layers of lume. I have a tiny pot that I bought on eBay and it needs a suitable project watch. With your oil mod, are you going to leave an air bubble for thermal expansion? I would worry about sunshine heating the oil enough to cause leaks. It seems like a great mod idea if that's not a problem.

Estoy completamente de acuerdo contigo, es un reloj magnífico que cuando lo tienes sorprende. Tengo dos, uno con dial azul y otro con estampado marrón camuflaje no tan legible como el azul. Un saludo. Ví tu reseña y me he suscrito..

The second hand seems to run kinda slow. But looks like it's just an issue with the video being slow and skippy. Really nice watch, though! Thanks for the video!

I’m never without one of these in my collection. Mine all run +2 seconds per month! Amazing Miyota quartz movement for $20 USD. Also did you notice the second hand hits all the indices spot on? Fantastic Casio value!
