Yep your right I will never understand your way of fighting...what actually works is combining a will to win fighting mentality but combine it with the technical and physical elements of boxing that develops a complete boxer. 'Your' way of fighting produces..............an MMA fan

@wereareyoumarn There is a time to go half speed (learning) and a time to go full speed (fight prep). Not every training session as to be full power, full speed, full intensity. Give the guy a chance to learn!

I think the student is ok - i really don't think ANYONE who give negative coments have ever pulled on a pair of sparring gloves tbh. Funny how nerds give advice on footwork and balance, setting someone up etc sitting on a computer...try doing that in front of a seasoned proffesional coach who is deliberalty placing you under pressure and testing you...the reason he is doing that? Because he KNOWS this will make his pupil THINK while he is actually in a ring, not SAT on his ass taping a keyboard.

@wereareyoumarn I think the dude sparring Charles was trying, he was just really tired. Don't u remember when u first started sparring, how tired u got? Besides, Charles is an ex-pro who fought out of Wildcard, and the kid he's sparring is probably new. Give em a break.

@wereareyoumarn But your mouthing off "DO THESE GUYS HAVE ANY POWER AT ALL ! I HOPE THERE NOT TRAINING TO FIGHT" they are sparring to work on correct form as it's obvious he is a beginner. As a beginner did you walk into the gym and start smashing rounds out on the heavy bag or in sparring? If you did, you would have got taught to hit the correct way. This is Teacher Vs Pupil sparring not two Boxer getting ready for a fight, most "experienced boxers" would see this, wouldn't they?
