I'm white and I speak Spanish, my entire family comes from Italy, German-Switzerland and Spain. Never in my life have I been confused with another nationality because I'm white. I'm from Argentina and most of us here are white so that could help, but I'm sure that if I go to Mexico, Colombia or Bolivia the exact same thing would happen. Btw good luck learning Spanish!
