That is without a doubt the KING of the mini polishers at the moment. I'm hoping Lake Country comes out with a "Mini" UDOS! That would take back the title!

I’ve had this machine since it launched and I love it very well designed, only prob I have is changing out the different backing plates sometimes it takes 5/6 tries to get it to lock in, in the beginning I figure maybe there was a little learning curve but after a ton of use it’s still very difficult! And it makes me nervous so while using the machine I’m constantly checking to make sure it stays locked in.

Looks like an awesome little tool! Really like what Griots has been putting out recently. I am curious, however, as to why they thought there was a need for an adjustable neck

Yes awesome tool, in our testing the pivoting head came in handy when dealing with awkward angles. Like the bottom edge of a side skirt, or low-slung duct inlets. Happy Griot's included that function. Thank you for watching.

Dear Griots, Please develop a 5/6 inch version! for Combo! Love the how noise is a little low, Cause I got Baby Ears 😂 Like this better than the big box brushless, also for Griots Warranty coverage!

You would have to contact Griot's Garage directly to see if they have any resellers in Europe. We are a Canadian Griot's Garage Distributor only.

You cannot fairly compare the G8 to the Cordless Micro Polisher, they are very different machines and have very different functions. The Hybrid Micro Polisher is a Rotary/DA, Cordless/Corded, 1in/2in/3in polisher.

No, it is a North America plug type.

The add-on batteries will be available for sale soon. Hopefully Griot's will offer more options on kits in the future but for the release there is only one option available. We will have all the accessories listed our website as soon as they are made available from Griot's, we are told very soon.

It's a real blunder imo that you can't use the 3 inch plate on rotary

Yes it is unfortunate but on the other hand it cover areas that most other machines cannot, for us in our Studio we do not use 3" rotary, there is not a need for us so it is not deal breaker. If 3" rotary is a prime function for you then this would not be the best choice for your needs.
