So about the inner chest article, when you do chest exercises the torque is maximum when your upper arm is perpendicular to the force resisted. When you do bench presses or flies you're resisting gravity. Thus the torque is maximum when your upper arms are straight out, which means you're mainly working your deltoids and your outer chest. To work on your inner chest, you need to do exercises where the torque is maximum when your upper arms are closer to your chest.

how long does the finish last? is there a way to prevent it from getting really faded and ugly in a year?

big factor is your environment and climate controlled vs. not. Throw a de-humidifier in your gym space if you've had issues with rust in the past. Also, I always get more mileage out of my bars if I wipe them down after each use. Finish still looks good on this one 8 months later 💪

Thanks for the reply! I’ve heard of bars having their cerakote rubbing off after just a year. I’ll look into the dehumidifier!

A Chinese bar named after a skiing.... hmmm yeah I don't think so. If you don't know anything about power bars just pick up a Ohio Power Bar - Bare Steel or a Texas Power Bar 29m and you'll be set.

I've used all of these... It does have a finer/grippier knurling than the Texas bar, and is also available in stainless steel unlike the Texas bar. The Ohio power bar is as good, however.

For my money, I got the American Barbell Chewy. Same knurling as kabuki's power bar but with better construction
