Nice touch on grayscale render. I actually prefer to use blending modes on b/w render layers and colouring them with Color layers on top. Good artwork, btw

ありがとうございます！私はハードライトで着色しています！ 基本的にカラーリングの後にライティング含めいろいろと調整はするのですが、オーバーレイと違うのは選んだ色が出やすいところにあります。 オーバーレイもハードライトも端的に言えばグレーの濃さにより色の乗り方が違ってきますので、オーバーレイであれば５０％グレーのあたりで描いてみると狙った色が出やすいと思います！ 詳細はこちらにも書いたので良ければご覧ください！ kionaoki.fanbox.cc/posts/4035253

@@kionaoki2501 omg thk u for replying, so I usually color the entire character with gray and do shading with another layer that clip with the gray layer. Then i use another layer also clip to the gray layer for the coloring but i apply color on to the piece it carrys a very weird color for the shading, even though i pick the brightest color.

I'm not sure, but how is not clip when coloring. If your gray have a transpalent area when painted in the layer, it'll be "weird"

I prefer to use mask for this, so that's why I'm making silhouette! Clip coloring is fine when it's Opaque in this case I suppose Sorry Japanese serial code can't change to the other language😭

Focus on basic 3 point lighting and don't struggle as much makes easier perhaps! Highlights should be detailed, but try to keep it and the shading rough especially at starting. And use Hard-light brending to color layer!

This is ClipStudio so no Layer styles like photoshop. I often use pure white and black with transparent so just normal blending in shading fase!

Blending mode will lose color information if used too often. It is not recommended especially when drawing only in 256 levels of black and white.
