Nice video btw I put the lemons in whole you only need to chop one at the it’s fun seeing them go in whole but sometimes they will get caught on the big blade Enjoy

That's exactly what I'm learning, you can put things in whole theoretically but it might be more efficient to chop them a bit. I love being able to chop them into any shape or size instead of long ways so it'll fit in the little feed shoot of the horizontal juicer. Very happy with my nama j2 so far, it's awesome in ways I didn't even expect!

Hi there! Two things how and why do you do a enema with lemon juice and water? Also what brand is your vacuum tops(the white piece) and sealer(the black button top piece)? Thanks and good luck with your channel.

@@msscorpio6842 hi! If you search food jar sealer on Amazon for wide mouth jars you'll find the white piece. The actual vacuum pump came with my mecity vacuum blender, I also got it on Amazon. I do lemon juice and distilled water enemas to help cleanse the colon of old, sticky, mucus and waste. It's sort of like internal soap, it pulls on the mucus membranes so it makes a huge difference vs just water enemas. Thanks for watching and commenting, I appreciate it 😁

How often do you do lemon enemas?

While I'm on this juice fast, every day. I started doing them in January of this year, and between then and the start of the juice fast, I aimed for every day, but it came out to every other day or 2-3 times per week sometimes due to travel. I found that was enough while I was eating mucus lean or mucus heavy on some days. I recommend reading the mucusless diet healing system and Spira speaks to understand more about how lemon enemas work and why they're important! I'll be making a video on lemon enemas soon :)
