Don’t stress yourself too much take your time and do what you need to do, we don’t mind we understand. Also I love hauls like this cause it gives me random foods that now sound good to add to my grocery list. 😂 I know nothing about hair but I hope your hair starts improving!!!

When my hairloss was at its worst I found cutting out oats helped massively. My diet wasn't too bad at the time and I was exercising well etc, but was pressed for time and was relying on taking a jar of overnight oats to work with me. Stopping them made a significant difference. It started again recently and I realised the cereal I was eating was majority oats - for some reason I thought it wasn't.

that’s so odd!!! i haven’t been eating oats frequently so i don’t think that’s it for me :,(

hey! Could you share the reason oats would promote hairloss
@PixieII9 ай бұрын
@@natasasamardzija3370 I have no idea, but for me when I stopped eating them I noticed my hair loss slowed and stopped. Suspect I have some sort of intolerance, not going to bother the doctor with it though so will remain a mystery to me ☺

I'm curious. How is your protein intake? Im not familiar with veganism but Ive known people who experienced bad side effects because they weren't getting enough protein like they did when they ate meat.

I would highly recommend trying out thrife market it’s online only and it’s cheaper the Whole Foods and it’s really healthy and they also have a lot of vegan options too
@26fitch9 ай бұрын
ordering it is beneficial because its harder to second guess and you'll try new things! I also get so overwhelmed in grocery stores, I live in a small town TN but Id order from a place like these every day if I could!

Hey girl, I have seb derm :( the thing that changed my life is Nizoral shampoo (or ketoconazole shampoo) Your dermatologist may have prescribed it already but if they haven't it's definitely worth asking about. You can buy Nizoral at drugstores or your derm can Rx a ketoconazole shampoo that is stronger. Your derm will tell you to use the shampoo every hairwash for 1-2 weeks and then should tell you to keep using it once a week for maintenance. I had seb derm on and off for YEARS and this past winter was the first winter that passed that I didnt have a flare and the only thing I changed was the shampoo. I hope this helps

unprocessed whole foods, nice. I love soaking whole beans/lentils for many hours. I even soak rice, even around 30 minutes is sufficient for rice. Beans require several hours edit: have to wash rice a few times before soaking/cooking to get rid of the extra starch. edit2: Millets are nice as well. Quiona, buckwheat, even barley if you like

For me gluten was a huge trigger that caused hair loss and bloating. When I cut it out I noticed the amount of hair fall out in the shower was cut in half within the first two weeks. It also triggers some painful inflammation too but I do miss regular bread and pasta. : ( There's lots of gluten free brands though which helps at least.

I have struggled long term with seborrheic dermatitis and it has definitely improved some since I started a wfpb diet. I can't say that it has disappeared but then again my diet, although vegan, isn't 100% wfpb compliant. My dermatitis can spread to my face but I found that a application of 1% hydrocortisone once a day after showering will control it. I don't recommend you apply it to your scalp but you might find that just a little bit at the edge will help. My doctor has always warned against abusing the hydrocortisone but I find that after getting the irritation under control I can lay off it. Please stay positive and keep making videos about this. The more you talk about it the better you will feel! I would love to see you morph into a wfpb chef! I'm rooting for you!

Fingers crossed this works for you🤞🏽🥺 however past a certain point results are almost diminishing, if you go from like 80% to 90% whole foods the probability for big results is not that high..and from what I’ve seen you’ve already been eating a pretty healthy whole food diet🥗🤔 Glad you’re back on YT and good luck finding a new space😊❤️

Hey Ashley! I’m vegan and have been for 6-7 years. I have a current medical condition that pretty much deprives me from having process food and sugar and alcohol even coffee. I am not from the US but have visited and have family there that visits me and I’ve learned that food in the US is just not AS healthy as in other countries, and even store bought Whole Foods have “preservatives”? That also don’t help much with health. I don’t tell you this to bring you down, but I wasn’t seeing much progress in my condition till I learned this. So all the packed frozen fruit and veggies I started buying fresh and freezing them myself. And the things like the falafel you bought I tried to to it myself. I know it takes lots and lots and lots more time but I did start to see a difference. Don’t get me wrong, I am by no means perfect and I had a vegan store bought meat just today but I try to do those frozen meals as healthy as they might seem just once a month or so, because before that i thought I was doing the best and did not see changes and my condition affects my duties and every day tasks so I would feel so bad until I made the switch and now get episodes maybe only once a month or once every two months whereas before it was daily. I hope this helps and trust me, I know you’re doing your absolute best. Sending hugs

yess changing your diet is an awesome idea! i’ve had acne for several years, went to multiple doctors, tried everything (topical treatments, drugs, otc products, literally everything) but nothing worked. i then changed my diet (which wasn’t that bad to begin with, i was a pretty healthy vegan) but still, the only thing that helped in the long run was to cut out processed foods as much as possible. it’s been a while and i’m still sticking to whole foods, less gluten, no sugar and and occasionaaal snack. it’s been great for me and i don’t feel like ever going back as of right now. i truly wish it works out for you as well, i genuinely understand the struggle. hugs xx

its like being an alcoholic and wondering why you have liver issues, what you eat effects your body. I'd start there. It is common sense and the poor girl is seriously lacking in some small change.
