I don't know if you will ever read this, but I love re-watching older videos. Bunkey asked if there was anything else you can do with zucchini and YES there is. This isn't healthy but my goodness its delicious. Fried zucchini. Same as fried squash, which I'm not sure if you've ever had those either, but they are amazing. Cut the zucchini in rounds and place in a bowl, pour just enough buttermilk to get them wet and season how you like (s&p, garlic powder etc) and then coat with flour (doesn't matter which kind) and self rising cornmeal. You can do half and half ratio w the flour and corn meal but I tend to always use a little more corn meal. Fry in oil in a skillet on medium high heat until golden. Best thing you will ever eat. Same exact recipe to make fried squash, fried okra and fried mushrooms. Check out Cooking with Brenda Gantt on fb. She is precious.

You have to try McCormick smokehouse Maple seasoning on your roasted sweet potatoes! OMG! So delicious! I also love it on roasted carrots too. You could always make some chocolate chip zucchini bread with zucchini. Thanks for always sharing great videos! ❤️

You could always make some zucchini bread...or you could put a lil parmesan cheese on them and bake them in the oven, or coat them in parm cheese and "pan fry" them with a lil evoo in the pan and let it make a coating..omgosh so good. I'm sure you could find all kinds of things to do with it. :)

Zucchini boats or rounds. I love scooping a little bit out of the center once I cut them longwise. Adding pizza sauce, mozzarella, and mini pepperonis. SO good. 😍

I like to cut zucchini like bunky did and put it in a ziplock with Italian dressing overnight(in the fridge) and eat it just like that...the acid in the dressing softens it but still has a little crunch...its so easy and so good...great alternative for salad if you don’t have salad stuff

Mmmm I dice my zucchini, Mr B’s way is great the I dice tomatoe onion and jalapeños I sauté all the ingredients with oil when it’s soft not munchie you add a can of corn then I add my favorite cheese, I love it butI love zucchini. Love you channel ❤️
