Here’s a look at how I feed my kids on a budget. I decided to try and feed them for a week off school for under $100. $60 was the budget.

By the way they loved the bologna sandwiches. I made fried bologna, egg and cheese sandwiches and they all came back for seconds. Best cheap meal idea I had this week. Also their chicken nuggets were really good too. Will definitely buy them going forward ❤️

Those fried bologna and egg sandwiches are the best when I'm really hungry and don't want to take long to find something to eat that's what I use to cook me a Five Below sandwich and put up over easy egg on it they're the best just saying

You can also make grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato soup 😊 that's if your kids love grilled cheese 😋.

I love it. Some of the kids do but the little ones never eat it 😩

For the little ones that don’t eat grilled cheese, try this - toast two pieces of bread. Spread with butter and put cheese in between while it’s still hot. My toddler loved it that way ... and still does and me too.

Nice haul. Feeding 8+ kids for that price is really good. We're a family of 4 adults and I always go over budget, maybe next year I'll do better (lol). I love Aldi's store brand food and prices however I find that the name brands are too expensive compared to other stores like Krogers, etc. You should try their Simply Organic Spaghetti sauce, it taste really good and it's chunky. Also you were talking about their Almond Chocolate Bars in your last video, try their Coffee and Creme Chocolate Bars it's so good and the coffee flavor is amazing.

Will definitely try those. I’m a coffee fanatic 😂

Actually they say that drinking milk with a cold does not make mucous thicker, it just feels that way.

Yeah but if you’re already having a hard time breathing I don’t think you want something that makes it “feel” like it’s worse

Another cheap meal for the kids, are the tortilla pizzas. One package of flour tortillas, one jar spaghetti sauce (or any sauce you prefer), a block of cheese (or two LOL), shredded, and if they desire some pepperoni OR bacon bits. Add anything you have in your pantry! Spray your pan before you place the tortilla on top of the pizza pan. Cook at 400 degrees in convection oven, 12 minutes. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!! You can pre arrange them by stacking the pizzas with parchment paper in between pizzas and freeze them and your kids can pull out each piece they want to eat. My teenage daughter loves this along with a bowl of salad.

I use to do this with low carb tortillas when I was doing low carb. Great idea ❤️

I dont care for Aldi to much no name brand food
@mrsmommiecarrillo10 ай бұрын
You’ll be surprised that a lot of the no name brands use a lot more real ingredients and a lot less chemicals in their food. Check the ingredients the next time you go to the grocery store of each
