Ive never eaten just one pack of oatmeal.....i get the bananas and cream flavor, use two packets, than grab a sieve/pasta strainer and a third packet of oatmeal and i shake it through the strainer so just the powder comes out. Makes it extra creammmyyyyy

For a 2tbs serving size, it's usually 16g. Maybe you're using 1tbs or selecting a reduced fat option?
